All electronic products are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase. Items older than 1 year may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ITM. Physical items (i.e. 3D printed/non-electronic items) are warrantied for 90 days from date of purchase.
Electronic items are not generally eligible for refund with the following exceptions: Product manufacturing defects to include: Tablet physical issues, cable defects, bluetooth interface issues, battery issues. If any of the listed items are found, either a full refund or product replacement at the discretion of ITM will be offered. Items that are used, but functional are not eligible for refund. All offered refunds are for the original purchase price, not shipping charges.
