I recently purchased the shop tool and performed a brake fluid change on a 2021 HD Road Glide. First time user, I had some issues connecting with the Linker. It was still early in Detroit, we were stuck. I called Jason and unfortunately woke him from a slumber. He got on line and we were connected quickly. He then offered to stay on the line as we executed the procedure; it went perfect. Ive had alot of sleepless nights over the risk of residual fluid and corrosion and the what if we suck air….now we are heading to the dealership, ugh. Now we have a remedy, life is good. The tool is super easy to use and performs as stated. Awesome.
